In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and use the 988w platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 988w does not permit gaming by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 988w or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed voluntarily through your own account settings or through any other mechanism.

988w reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 988w may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the 988w platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 988w shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you during or after registration.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials;
• All activity that takes place under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notifying 988w customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

988w recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings. While 988w employs TLS 1.3 encryption and industry-standard security measures, no system is entirely impervious to attack. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to change them regularly.

All financial transactions on the 988w platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 988w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally available payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 988w's discretion and will be reflected on the cashier page.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Processing times are typically within minutes but may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• 988w does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 988w accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 988w will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not passed identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Where Bonus Funds are present in your Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• 988w reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may cause processing delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• 988w is not liable for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network issues, or banking system downtime.

988w may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, matched deposits, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — towards satisfying wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion details.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

988w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it has reason to believe that a promotion has been or is being abused.

All wagers placed on 988w — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other product — are final once confirmed. Players should review their selections carefully before confirming any bet or wager.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the rules published for each sport and market type. For cricket betting — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — settlement rules, void conditions, and push scenarios are governed by the 988w sportsbook rules applicable at the time of wagering.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and repricing. 988w accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was available prior to the market being suspended or odds being changed.
• Casino Games: All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the individual game provider and are available in the game information panel.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, connection interruption, or software error during a game round, 988w reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount to your Account Balance. Winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market view and may be adjusted at 988w's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988w platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance pending investigation, in addition to any legal remedies available to 988w:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 988w platform;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over sporting events on which wagers are placed;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after utilising funds in your Account;
• Attempting to access other users' Accounts or the 988w platform's back-end systems without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 988w staff or other users.

988w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using the 988w platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 988w does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

988w retains personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a minimum period thereafter as required by its licence conditions and applicable legal obligations.

All content on the 988w platform — including but not limited to the 988w name, logo, trade marks, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 988w or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 988w platform without prior written consent from 988w.

Unauthorised use of 988w's intellectual property — including scraping, copying, or redistributing game content or odds data — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988w's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

988w shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's Services due to technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or regulatory action;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes;
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials;
• Delays or failures in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 988w customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination or Suspension by 988w: 988w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any balance pending investigation, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• A Player has materially breached any provision of these Terms;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 988w to do so;
• A Player has initiated a chargeback through their payment provider without first exhausting the 988w complaints procedure.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 988w reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance to the extent necessary to cover any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by 988w as a result of such breach.

988w is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that empower Players to manage their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming for a period of your choosing without permanently closing your Account;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 988w platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and will be honoured strictly.

988w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 988w will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 988w platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account in accordance with Section 11 before the amendments take effect.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 988w recommends reviewing these Terms whenever you return to the platform after a period of absence.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988w holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 988w, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Step 1 – Internal Complaint: Contact 988w customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 988w will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of the 988w compliance team for independent internal review.
3. Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as specified under 988w's international gaming licence conditions.

Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process. Initiating a chargeback through a payment provider before exhausting the internal complaints procedure is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
